Organic Fertiliser Technology

Our Company has come up with the latest technology wherein elements are chelated with Proteino-Lacto-Gluconates, and formulated with activated bio-available organic nutrients through pro-microbial routes (Fermentation).

Each and every molecule of the product is utilised directly by the plant and also supports plant metabolism activities. The glucose molecule develops ATP, which parts energy to mobile nutrients to the plant system wherever it is required and the surplus energy is utilized in other metabolic functions of the plant.

Plants need protein to grow. Nitrogenous components of the nutrients are available to plant from nature and other chemical fertilisers. These are first converted into Nitrite form and then into Nitrates thereafter plant absorbs it. In the plant, the Nitrates form different amino acids and hence form Protein, which is part of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll produces carbohydrates and oxygen in the plant, and is responsible for growth and repair.

We have avoided these three stages and directly made protein available to the plants. Nutrients are absorbed without making any loss due to leaching and volatile nature of Nitrogen eg. Urea.

1. Our company has come up with the latest technology, introducing Proteino-Lacto-Gluconates in the product which activate plant metabolism and develop strong root and disease resistance.
2. Our products are produced by organizing Dehydrogenase activity in the plant and hence it does not need any enzymatic activity in the soil.

How does our fertiliser compare to DAP?

The effective price per unit of our products compared to chemical fertilizers on the basis of Bioavailability is given in the table above. TBL products are produced with 10% (Min.) Organic Carbon for which farmer is not paying any extra cost. Moreover, the carrier of the nutrients is mycelium which is additional advantage for absorption of the nutrients by the plant.

A simple comparison of two major nutrients i.e.Phosphorous (P) and Potash (K) are given here below. The comparison outlines the difference in bioavailability (degree and rate at which a substance is absorbed in a living system or made available at the site of Physiological Activity) between our fertilisers and DAP/MOP:

1) In case of DAP which has 46% of Phosphorous (P2O5) i.e. 23kg in 50kg bag, of which hardly 40% i.e. 9.2kg is available to the plant and bio-availability is 40% of the available 9.2kg, i.e. 3.68 kg per bag.
Whereas,
In our Tripura Phos which contains 23 % Phosphorous, formulated with Activated Bio available organic nutrients has 100% bio-available Phosphorous i.e. 5.75 kg in 25 kg bag which shows that 1 bag of Tripura Phos 25 bag can easily replace 1 bag of DAP 50 kg.

2) In case of Muriate of Potash which has 60% K2O i.e. 30kg in 50 kg bag of which hardly 40% i.e. 12kg is available to the plant and bio-availability is 10% of the available 12kg i.e. 1.2kg per bag.
Whereas,
In our Tripura Potash, which contains 9% Potash, formulated with Activated Bio available Organic nutrients has 100% Bio-available Potash i.e. 2.25 kg in 25 kg bag which shows that 1 bag of Tripura Potash 25 kg can easily replace 1 bag of Muriate of Potash 50 kg.

These Fertilizers can be mixed with Chemical Fertilizers as partial replacement and can be used in Integrated Approach as well, which will improve the use efficiency of chemical fertilizers.
